Anomalous Faster Casting Support's Cooldown Recovery Increase does not apply to Minion Skill Gems

Tested with all kinds of spectres with long cooldowns and a stopwatch, They of Thul and various proximity shield ones. Casting speed is affected by the gem, cooldown is not. This seems to be a bug as the casting time itself also affects casting the skill as well as the minions casting time itself. All other support gems qualities also affect minions if the support gem itself does. I assume the same goes for Anomalous faster attacks, though I havent tested that one.

That's intended. The only thing that supports Minions from that gem is the cast speed. Faster your cast speed is, the faster you can summon your minions.

minion skill can be supported by gem, people used raise zombie and melee splash for so long, even tooltip say it can be supported.

faster casting "should" able to support minion's spell skill. It just how they actually code or does they have internal memo to say no for this interaction, or there is some bug, is another matter

I don't see the intention behind it, it's hugely unintuitive if there is just one support gem whichs quality does not affect minions even though the rest does. In that case it should say quality effect does not affect minions (which would be even weirder and inconsistent). How would anyone know this if it isn't specified?

I can support raise spectre with multistrike or strike supports as well for example and their quality effects will work too even though the raise spectre gem is neither a strike skill nor a melee attack. On Ancestral support it specifies that it does not cause minions to strike twice for instance.
