Atlas skill tree - synergy of exile nodes
Hi everyone,
I'm curious to know whether "Rogue Trader" (left of the starting point on the atlas skill tree) is influenced by the other exile clusters on the tree, such as Royal Guard/Exiled Will/Ruckus... Since the description of "Rogue Trader" says that wild exiles are randomly spawned within the area, it may be that rogue bodyguards, rogue in pairs or the odd 20 exiles spawned by Ruckus do not count as "randomly spawned" Obviously the lack of synergy with the other clusters would make the node significantly weaker. Does anyone have info on this? Last bumped on Feb 4, 2022, 12:56:20 AM

Bump. Maybe a reply from @GGG would be helpful since this info would influence players decisions for the passive skills...

they like community discovering stuff themselves
but since Rogue Trader passive existed before, as well as other atlas passives that can add Exiles to maps, it is very likely that the answer has already been discovered and can be searched for. IGN: Eric_Lindros

I wouldn't hold your breath. There likely won't be any new information coming forth. Everything not announced by now will be left up to trial and error by the community, same as every patch. Respecing won't be too expensive. Orbs of Unmaking will have a baseline vendor price of 2 Orbs of Regret. The intent is for the tree to be respeced as you progress through the Atlas and to incentives you to focus on specific content most preferable to you.

My understanding is that randomly spawned refers to any rogue exiles that do not spawn at specific locations such as the bodyguards next to the boss. The 20 exiles from Ruckus should be included in that.
Keep in mind that if you also take the node for bodyguards, they will still get 100% more life, even if they do not get a 50% chance for an extra reward. With their 80% less damage taken modifier, it will take a while to kill them. |
