whispers sound while mute in background on

Hi, for many years was nice having mute in background on to not hear any poe sound while browsing internet or even poe trade but always hearing whispers even it was muted in background in game option, but now suddenly i dont hear whispers sound anymore but can see the taskbar orange still, anyone know why or how to make it work again ? is very important to hear when traders whisper while in background as it always did sound.

after all stash tabs and characters moved to SC a day later seemed suddenly the sound to work while alt tabed out as it used to all is good now dunno how to close or delete post.
