Question about removing sextant mod "Nemesis monster drop additional currency item"

Hello. I would like to ask a clarifying question about the change in 3.17.
Will it be possible to get a Elevated sextant mod "Nemesis monster drop 4 additional currency item" in 3.17?
Just on the stream it was said that "Nemesis drop 3 additional currency item" was deleted.

Both are gone, Nemesis 3 and Nemesis 4.
