Please consider a QoL change for Garb of the Ephemeral to synergize with other 50% uptime skills

For those of you unaware, Garb of the Ephemeral has a 'Divinity' mechanic which is active for up to 50% of the time:

Gain a Divine Charge on Hit | +10 to maximum Divine Charges | You gain Divinity for 10 seconds on reaching maximum Divine Charges | Lose all Divine Charges when you gain Divinity

Divinity fits the same kind of gameplay style as Fanaticism, Convergence, Arcane Cloak/guard skills, where these mechanics cannot have 100% uptime; for Fanaticism and Convergence, they can have up to 50% uptime (Arcane Cloak can gain some CDR, but never to full uptime), so this promotes a gameplay pattern, especially for Fanaticism, of weaker attacks for 4 seconds, and then a 4 second burst window, and then it repeats. For example, were we doing a Leap Slam/Divine Ire Fanaticism build with Arcane Cloak (since we are stationary during Divine Ire + we get damage buff):

Leap, Leap, Leap, Leap -> Arcane Cloak -> Divine Ire burst window -> Leap, Leap, Leap, Leap -> Arcane Cloak -> Divine Ire burst window -> etc.

Now, the Garb of the Ephemeral buff follows this same pattern, but it does so in 10 second windows instead, meaning it will always become disjointed from these other 50% uptime gameplay patterns. In the above example, it would activate halfway through our Leaps the first time and halfway through the burst window the second time. In fact, I'm not aware of any other 10 second uptime/downtime window mechanic in the game which the Divinity buff synergizes with!

Since Path of Exile is all about finding and creating synergy between different mechanics, I hope some GGG developers will see this and consider a quality of life change: instead of 10 Divinity charges leading to a 10 second Divinity buff, change it to 4 Divinity charges leading to a 4 second Divinity buff. Since the buff is applied on the same condition as the Fanaticism buff, as well as gaining charges having the same cooldown, it would perfectly align the two, which would feel fantastic and be very thematically appropriate. (Inquisitor - Fanaticism - Divinity - High Templar Venarius - isn't it very fitting?)

Pros:
- It remains 50% uptime on the Divinity buff, keeping that same playstyle the designers envisioned
- It synergizes with other 50% uptime mechanics (which generally are based on 4 second uptime/downtime windows instead of 10 second windows), simply making their playstyle feel a LOT smoother and more fun
- It opens up this item for more potential fun builds while retaining its same power level, not being OP; presently, it's very rare outside of specifically Animate Guardian builds
- The development cost might be very low to implement this change since it's just a numeric change (while I can't claim this absolutely, of course, since I don't know the codebase or GGG's testing procedure, since it's a number that doesn't seem to reference anything else, it seems more likely to be a quick number change than a larger code change)

The only potential Cons I can think of would be that shortening the buff window is not what the developers want, or that this is such a niche build concept that they don't want to spend even a small amount of time on this change. I can't blame them, if that's their conclusion; but I hope this change is at least read and considered, as it would be very nice for any such 4 second window burst skills.
