Mouse bug! Sync? or What?

After the recent patch, my mouse doesn't work properly.
The cursor is in the center, but the system recognizes it as top left corner.
In current microtransaction window, I need to place my cursor to "Medusa Snakes" at the center bottom of the first page to click "Buy Points."

I have a screen shot but don't know how to attach it here.

I have the same issue. Tried to change some settings but nothing changed.
My cursor also "blinks": I don't see it moving, but it highlight various thing all over the screen, all the time.

I am having same issue!
This is game breaking..
Can't do anything except log off...

This makes the game unplayable...
Nothing is clickable!

this has been around a few days and is caused by dual monitors with different resolutions

unfortunately the most reliable workaround for now seems to be just making both of your monitors use the same resolution, and for some folks that means playing at a lower resolution...

I personally ran into it due to the new nvidia downsampling feature, and found that I also had to apply that feature to my second desktop in order to get my desired settings to work properly in game...

That worked for now. Game riddled with bugs after "patch"

Likewise i am having this issue as well on my second monitor. There is a desync between mouse and monitor with the mouse "flickering" over clickables like waypoints.

I have 3 monitors, all of them were same resolution but one had %125 icon size. Changed all of them to %100 and now it's fixed.

Having this issue as well. Im playing on a laptop using ultra wide monitor as my 2nd screen and it is totally messed up now. Character screen works fine but gameplay is impossible due to mouse behaviour. It seems that only a small portion of game screen (maybe 1/5th of the actual game window) is clickable and targeting anything is impossible. Changing modes (windowed, full screen etc.) wont help.

This setup has been working fine until the latest patch.

Please guys try to figure out a solution before the new league starts ok!

I had the issue as well. It started yesterday when connected a new computer. My mouse cursor seemed to point about 5 cm toward the top left relative to where I was clicking.

When I had connected my new computer, I routed the output to both my regular monitor and larger TV (same content on both screens, not extended across). That seems to be when the issue started. I removed the TV from the Windows display configuration and now my mouse pointer is where it is supposed to be in relation to my character.
