Help -> Incursion Corruption Locus Alter? I can’t corrupt Gems?

Sorry am I messing somethink? It’s not the locus alter tier 3 I can use to double corrupt gems? Only gear? What alter do I need for gems then?

You are looking for the Lapidary Lens in Doryani's Institute, tier 3 of the Gemcutter Workshop (the room with the Vaal Vessels that drop Gems).
Locus of Corruption is for double corrupt non-gem equipment or gamble your Shadowstitch if you try to double corrupt a Sacrificial Garb |
