One million dollar bet that Zana will be the Pinnacle End-Game Boss in POE 2.
Zana chooses Exile. Something happens to her while she is gone. She is the daughter of the Shaper afterall. As she has spent so much time with you, she knows your abilities and skills. She will come prepared to take you down and everything else within the Atlas. She might even use many of the skills and abilities she has observed you use, as she may have walked away with, or discovered, a stack of gems. I would say it's more likely she is the "scion" of PoE2. There's a reason they said "exile."
As for her knowing your abilities, not at all. The characters in PoE2 are completely different and go through an entirely new campaign where they will get something different than god powers. Would be interesting to see how they do it. So far what we do know is that POE 2 is set way in the future after all this.
