MTX combo bug - Infernal skull + Scavenger blood rage effect

Hello, i discovered a bug on my occultist today - if I use 2 MTX together - Infernal skull helmet and Scavenger blood rage effect together, then I use my blood rage I got weird textures on my infernal skull helmet - if I remove either of these 2 mtx, it works just fine.

My referance number is 308 149 898
