Could we un-nerf Replica nebulis?

You create this super op triple damage staff but few leagues ago we had a chase unique called replica nebulis.
It was as strong potentially than the staff but had a bigger drawback than this staff. It got butchered by the balance patch and now is not even good for anything. Worse, with the cap on negative resist you could not even have the same power than before anyway so why the nerf on replica nebulis? Just erase the 300% inc damage cap since anyway the minus resistance is now also capped and make this chase unique a chase unique once again. I think you're misunderstanding how it works, Don't worry I did too.
At first I thought by missing it meant -total max or negative , no. Missing means below whatever your cap is (75% default) ; "20% Increased cold / Fire damage per 1% MISSING cold / fire resistance, UP TO 300%" The last line isn't clear but its actually saying that you can receive up to 300% increased DAMAGE This means that a Replica Nebulis with the stats above would require you to have +50% Cold / Fire res while your cap is at the default of 75 in order to receive the full 300%. BTW this thing wasn't nerfed it got buffed pretty hard, you would've had to sacrifice a lot more resists for the old one + the new ammy Eternal Damnation works well with the new version. Version Discontinued Modifiers 3.13.0 40% increased Elemental Damage (15-20)% increased Cast Speed (3-5)% increased Cold Damage per 1% Missing Cold Resistance, up to a maximum of 300% (3-5)% increased Fire Damage per 1% Missing Fire Resistance, up to a maximum of 300% Last edited by FalltheBlessed#3399 on Jan 8, 2023, 3:46:34 AM
