Cannot use ALT to see item details

Since the latest update, I have been unable to use ALT to see item details. Rebinding to F2 didn't help.

I am running on Linux/Proton. I can alt-tab normally so it shouldn't be an OS issue.

I didn't see a similar issue posted in the last day, but I apologize in advance if it's a duplicate.

Options -> UI under items.

Yeah it's on. I even toggled it since the update to see if maybe it was out of sync with the UI or something.

Hello friends I also am having a similar problem,

I play on Ubuntu with Steam and since update the Shift key no longer allows me to mass identify or alch items. I can break down stacks of items and attack without moving and the input section recognizes shift. Alt no longer highlights items or compares them with what is worn. Again the input section recognizes the key but the key does not do the functions described above. Ctrl no long toggles the skills bar but i can still cast what is in Ctrl+Q,W,E,R,T. Though on new characters I am unable to assign skills to those keys as the bar doesn't toggle.

So far I have tried deleting the production.ini and resetting to default in the input tab. I've also tried assigning the functions to other keys and its all no go. This isn't really something I can take a screenshot either.

Upgrading from Proton 5.10 to 6.3 resolves it for me.

I am posting my problem here so that I do not clutter the bugs messageboard with new threads.

Some of my items in my inventory and stash tab were not showing their item level and mod tiers when I held alt while hovering over them. Some of them were still working.

It is possible something I did may have affected them. Also it could be my keyboard is messing up.

Before this glitch happened I was searching my stash tab with the phrase
- unidentified.

I then identified a bunch of items.

After this holding alt would show the item level of some items and not others.

I should also note my keyboard recently started glitching on a few keys. Some keys are hitting the wrong button when I hit another button.

The keyboard thing does not explain why it works on some items for item level and not on others.

I will try to replugin my keyboard and restart windows and path of exile.

If the problem persists I will try to remember to come back here with an update. I am going to replicate my identify items thing to see if that affected it. If the problem is fixed I will not come back here to post.

Ok I am pretty sure I found the problem.

My keyboard was set to Spanish accidentally. Sometimes I use that to learn Spanish. I am 99% sure that was the problem.
