Numbers would likely change but i like cold based skills/damage types so i'm in for that suggestion.

We have original Brutus for base fire/str dmg and Claw for lightning/int base.
We need cold based melee unique.

the problem i see is that stacking str has a lot of sinergy with brutus lead sprinkler, from iron will+Battlemage's Cry to keystones with 1% increased damage every "x" str. i dont remember dex having anything like that with cold

still leagues behind str sinergy

dex:
fractal: 1% increased damage every 10 dex
wildwrap: 1% increased damage every 15 dex

accuracy stacking boots can be added as a source of flat damage but its lighting.


str:
Abberath's Hooves: 1% increased fire damage every 20 str
attack mastery: 1% increased attack damage every 16 str
fire mastery: 1% increased fire damage every 20 str
iron fortress + iron will + Battlemage's Cry + Redblade Banner gives like 4-5% increased attack damage every 10 str

on top of that str gives lots of life while dex gives evasion so unless you enjoy running around with 2000 life a dex stacking build is forced to use shapers touch/garunka flight

if you ask me dex stacking builds need a major boost before being good, mostly in the defence area.
