I have the coins transferred to my guild, and in the microtransaction shop for guild hideout I see a couple of stash options, but they appear to be just skins or stash tabs, how do i make sure to purchase an actual guild stash?

Hi there, jey2021! Once you have purchased a Guild Stash Tab your guild members will then have access to that tab when they go to their guild stash. The Guild Stash Tabs are able to be purchased from the 'Guild' sub-category of the Microtransactions Shop here:

For guild purchases, the donated points will need to be accepted by the guild leader first. You can see your guild donations by clicking on your guild's name on your account page and then to 'View my transactions', or directly through the following link:
https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/transactions
If you are the guild leader you should be able to see the guild's donations via 'View guild transactions', or directly through the following link:
https://www.pathofexile.com/my-guild/guild-transactions

may i recommend that you actively point the guild leader to the screen where he can accept/reject a recent donation?
