Atziri's Mirror is just a basic drop and always has been, and nothing is happening to it. Atziri's Reflection, the fated version, will have a small chance to drop from Uber Atziri.

Probably. Depends on how bad the drop rate is and how many people are willing to farm ubers to get them to sell.

Atziri’s Reflection will no longer be considered a Fated Unique item. It will be moved to be a rare drop from Uber Atziri. Atziri’s Mirror will no longer drop.
