Inpulsa's Broken Heart vs Frozen and shocked Target

Question for the pros :)

I do wonder if a frozen enemy that is shocked, with lets say for the purpose of this example 1hp , gets hit by my melee attack. (therefore I deliver the killing blow) explode? when I wear Inpulsa's Broken Heart? Or does it shatter and cannot explode since there is now no corpse?

Tried a lot of things to clarify that but the animation and sound is kind of hard to see =(. Does anyone know that?

You'll get both effects. Corpse explosion/destruction effects are applied simultaneously when the target dies. GGG has confirmed this numerous times, with the most recent being a Mechanics Q&A some time last year.

Thanks for the fast response. I did not find a ggg releated information about it or very old entries.
