if i convert my whole phisical damage to fire for example will i still get the benefit from "increased physical damage against burning enemies"?

Yes. Razor of the Seventh Sun deals Physical Damage, which can be converted. +x% Physical Damage will boost any weapon physical damage you would have dealt before conversion. If you have a full 100% conversion phys2fire, then you can increase your damage also with +x% fire damage, which will have the same bonus.

Remember that "+x% Increased Physical Damage" is different from "+x% Increased GLOBAL Physical Damage": the former will only boost the local weapons' physical damage (as in, only your Razor's damage), and won't boost the damage of any off-hand weapon you wield, nor will boost any spell's physical damage.
