synthesis items

so i have problem with next upgrade my build.

i got this question synthesis item (ring) i am able to slam hunter exalt orb to synthesis item? it will become hunter ifluence synthesis ring?

or i need to first do redeemer hunter ring and fracture minion damage? (it will cost too much currency and time so i wonna know)

You can't add influence to synthesized or fractured items.
