Question about Bonechill, plz I really need a reliable answer

In this situation:

I use Creeping Frost linked with Bonechill chill enemy by chill area with basic 10% chill effect.
At the same time I use some cold main skill not linked with Bonechill chill enemy with 30% chill effect by high cold damage.

So finally how much "increased cold damage taken" will be apllied to enemy?

Because in the wiki page of Bonechill
https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Bonechill_Support#cite_note-1

There is a description: "If the enemy is affected by multiple sources of chill, only the strongest chill magnitude will be taken into account".

So how do we understand the "multiple sources of chill"?
Does it even include the chill from skills that are not linked with Bonechill, and means I can have 30% increased cold damage taken bonus in this situation?

I have asked several people, some agreed that the increased dmg taken bonus will be 30%, while others thought the "multiple sources of chill" only include skills which are linked with Bonechill so the bonus in this situation should be 10% instead.

I'm so confused now. So plz If someone could give me a definite answer I'd be so appreciate. Better refer to an official explanation or reliable test result.

You have the link with the initial question and Mark's answer.

In case you need further clarifications
"
Supported Skills have (25–44)% increased Effect of Chill on Enemies
Enemies Chilled by Supported Skills increase Cold Damage taken by Chill Effect
Enemies in Chilling Areas from Supported Skills increase Cold Damage taken by Chill Effect
Supported Skills deal (5–14)% more Cold Damage

Increased cold damage taken applies to skills supported by Bonechill. "Multiple sources of chill" refer to 2nd and 3rd stats in the description. Only one of them work at the same time, depending on what caused stronger chill - a hit (second stat kicks in) or a chilling area (third stat kicks in).

upd. I didn't quite get the question, the answer from Aldonés is what you need.

Chill works like all ailments. The game will record every chill (multiple sources), but only the strongest will be in effect. That means if you apply a 30% chill for 2 seconds and 1 second later apply a 20% chill for 2 seconds, then after the 30% chill wears off the 20% chill becomes effective for the last second.

Bonechill functions separately from the action speed slow of chill. If there is a 30% chill on the target and a skill linked to Bonechill applies a 20% chill, then the enemy will suffer from a 30% action speed slow and 20% increased cold damage taken.
