PS Plus Bundle Seven - Not showing up despite multiple attempts at resolving

To summarize, I attempted to get the free PS+ bundle 7 and none of the items have appeared in my microtransaction inbox at any time.

I have attempted multiple steps such as closing and reloading the game, accessing the "Cosmetics" tab different ways, repurchasing the item from the PSN Store, but none work. I would like to obtain these cosmetics, and I was debating buying a couple other cosmetics on playstation, but I absolutely will not spend any money on the PS4 PoE if issues like this are present. It's a shame, as I saw a server message stating that tabs were on sale, and I could have benefited from buying some this weekend.

This same issue also affected my brother who purchased the same bundle at most a day later. If for some reason these items cannot be obtained, please provide a reason that I can relay.
