app crash excec 0xc0000005: APPCRASH

Hello .. Good night!
simply do nothing. without me having done anything different on the pc, the POE stopped working.
both the steam version. as for the version downloaded directly from GGG
I tried everything., to install it several times. I ran as admin. I disabled anti virus and no!
all other games are normal. minus the poe. which gives an error in the windows event log when trying to start ... no error appears on the screen. I had to go there in the logs!

Bump

That's unfortunate, a 0xc0000005 error can be caused by so many things its hard to say where to start.

I would probably start with a system filecheck -> "sfc /scannow" in a command prompt. And see if that comes back with errors found.

Then probably a memory test -> click start menu and type "windows memory diagnostic" or hit up MemTest86 website.

Do you know if your PC has an SSD or a Hard Drive? If Hard Drive I would get a hard drive test going next.
