Tempest Shield's cooldown

Hi !

Is there a cooldown part regarding the lightning damage arc when blocking ? The 1s base cooldown seems to affect the actual cast of Tempest Shield, not the arcs; I'm pretty confident they hit more than once per second, but I don't know whether there is some limit, just like Vengeance and Reckoning, or not.

The wiki doesn't enter details about this either.

The cooldown is only for the initial cast to activate it.

technicaly there is cooldown and thats your block recovery, if you cant block because u got stuned by blocked blow u cant block hence cant use tempest shield, so make sure u are stun immune on that build
