Issues claiming Twitch rewards?

This has happened to me several times over the last few months/twitch rewards, Twitch shows I was awarded a drop, I go to claim said drop, it doesn't show up in my inventory so that I can claim it, I check a few times a day over the next few days still no drop, I even attempt to claim on a differant browser/mobile. Still, nothing for me to claim.

I contact twitch, they ask me to provide screenshots of my notifications, and inventory, which I provide, they tell me nothing they can do, to contact GGG as they handle that their drops, I contact GGG, they ask me to provide same screenshots, which I do, they tell me it's an issue with twitch, nothing they can do. Which is slightly confusing.

Anyone else been experiencing issues with twitch drops recently from twitch or is this a me issue? and why the hell am I being sent into a constant support loop with zero help.

Anyways, the actual drops aren't that big deal I'm more curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issues as me, as this has only ever happened with GGG twitch drops.
