Suggestion to add Projectile Mastery to the top side passive skill tree

There are more than 15 projectile spells, but they don't have access to the Projectile Mastery because the clusters are located in the ranger area.
A solution would be to add a Spell Projectile Cluster near the witch/shadow area so that projectile builds can access the Mastery.

Yes. And its not the only thing that needs to avaiable in more places at this point. Having skill tree archetyped like it is right now just limits creativity in an annoying way.
POE2 should be the ruthless vision experience and POE1 should be the zoom power fantasy sandbox to capture both audiences.
I petition to return all the fun stuff that was removed or nerfed over the years back into POE1.
Easy to fix: Make some 'portal'/'teleport' passive nodes on the tree or some "Teleport on Passive" unique jewel. Effective cost of such a teleport (in whichever manner it would be implemented) would be a few passive points.
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
Sadly, it's been a growing issue with homogenizing archetypes.

I feel the first step was adding Ascendancies and it's just slowly gotten worse. This rework is esp bad. There's 2 wheels in the whole tree for Fortify while every starting position is able to melee.

Cluster Jewels kinda helped offset the mistake of Ascendancy classes but since they've been nerfed and these new masteries they've lost value. Easily spending 50ex to beat base passives.

The heavy reduction in raw stats is also an issue. Well more like an annoyance. Having to grab +40 stat on 3 pieces of gear only makes it harder to create builds and nerf performance.
This one is easy enough to fix by just lowering requirements of gems and gear.

I didn't bother with Clusters this league. Some masteries are way better while others are duds.

I thought the entire point of masteries was to make it so build-defining notables are accessible in more places. Clustering the mastery types undermines that.

So yeah, mastery types in general should be more spread out and varied. Projectile included.
