[Harvest] Set a new implicit modifier

The "Set a new implicit modifier on Cobalt, Crimson, Viridian or Prismatic Jewel" can sometimes give you the same implicit.

If this is intended it should be changed since it is "Set a new".

If this is a bug please look into it.

I guess, technically speaking, the modifier is "setting a new" modifier. Conveniently, it's the same you already have on it. Maybe even with the same magnitude, if that applies.

Not really sure how to reword that specific modifier. "Adds or Rerolls" won't apply, as implicit modifiers cannot be "rerolled" (Their value, yes)
