hello: i have 1/7 power charges, but i have 3 to start + 4 from tree and 1 from unstable infusion if i use this jewel Powerlessness, Cobalt Jewel
(corrupted) i get1/6 not 1/9. any ideas? Last bumped on Dec 16, 2021, 4:23:27 PM

Base 3 max + 1 max from ascendancy + 3 max from tree + 1 min from tree - 1 max from Powerlessness = 1min/6max

:) i didnt see it was -1. why would u want a -1 to max?

some want to be both at minimum and maximum charges at the same time

" these are really old jewels, there are modifiers that do things while at Max of X charge type. so you could stack the -max jewels and have 0 charges and be at max. |
