Synthesis maps question. (Favorite a Map)

Just curious. Do I have higher chance of getting Cortex Relic Chamber map if I Favorite Relic Chamber in that region? Does Favorite Map matter to unique maps at all?

What about those Distant Memory maps like haunted house and Park? If I Favorite them, I get them more often?


If Favorite map doesn't affect, then what is the best way to increase my chance? Scarab for more Maps or more Unique?

Watchstones that grant more Map Currencies from Unique boss, does it include Unique Maps? Or which Watchstone is good for farming synthesis?


What I've been doing is to farm maps with 2-3 bosses with Two Unique boss.

The chance to drop synthesis maps is so low, that whatever you invest in it, is a waste.

I got one cortex in 1300 maps with "Neural Pathways" allocated, and that's pretty much the average I got every league. Even if it's somehow possible to double this chance with watchstones/favorite maps/etc, you invest in what, 5ex profit over 650 maps? That's like 1 chaos/map.

If you want to complete more synthesis maps, I recommend investing in getting more map options from Zana - Paths not Taken + Titanium watchstones.

Cortex map drop rate is that low?

I got 4 cortex this league so far and I haven't even really tried. weird.
