Haewark Hamlet atlas metamorph passives but only one brain in entire map

Only one brain part was able to be selected from the Construct Metamorph page, and I can't do a second encounter now with my Haewark atlas passives. Is this intended and just bad luck?

Make sure to do any strongboxes you come across in meta maps. The mobs in them can have meta parts.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
