The worse experience in POE as returning player is the itemfilter and it makes me sad!

Like seriously. You take a Path of Exile break. want to go back.. testing the delve thing. guess what.. your filter not working anymore.. not even with filterblade update since some value is corrupt or not compatible anymore..
Path of Exile has a few million players and NO ONE literally no one got a decent Itemfilter??? How? It drives me crazy... So guess i have to do my own item filter again like every 3 months... I just want to look back into the game and not study 8 hours the new stuff and code my item filter for another 8 hours... If anyone know a decent filter, thats uptodate each League/Patch let me know. i would even spend a few $ on that. I tried tytykillers, any filterblade filter and a bunch more. NONE works the way i like the filter to work. The filter should behave like this: °Hide all Non Caster items no matter if rare, magic, shaper, elder. Except Uniques. (With Cater items i mean INT/STR, INT/DEX, INT i dont want see any armor type pure DEX, STR, or DEX/STR STR/DEX ... even the tytykiller "caster leveling filter" i am level 6 in delve and see all shit items... °Show all currency items except scrolls, portal scrolls stack <5 °Highlight Essence, Scarabs, Maps, Delirum, Uniques, Anything currency/league related based on tiers. -> Good/Rare -> yellow border, very rare/verygood red border. everythign else no border ° no background color. all items should be black/default background color. Did you read mine?
Use FilterBlade to make your own version, it gets updated every league and then you may have to do a few tweaks each time, not a huge re-write. ~ Please separate the PoE1 and PoE2 forums.

Anyone obsessing about their leveling up gear isn't playing right. Just quit worrying about having perfect gear until it matters.

If you want to customize it, take some time after each league start and use filterblade.xyz, like everyone else. If your filter would still work as it was written X years ago, would miss a lot of the new stuff - eg. vaal haste with quality would be trash tier, empower the same, krangled currency in best case would not be hidden, etc. You'd still need to update it. The reliance on item filters to make the game playable is real silly. Ironically it was that they introduced item filters to patch the problem and then never fixed the problem because item filters were good enough.
