scourge mod "endurance charge on kill" simply doesn't work

i did not gain a single endurance charge ever, after thousands of kills

it has the same exact wording as frenzy charge on the amulet and i am able to gain frenzy charge:



i throw mines, however it doesn't specify and with the same exact wording i gain frenzy from amulet and can't gain endurance

I just tested with stormblast mine and my veiled frenzy charge on kill, and I don't get any frenzy charges, maybe you have a different source of frenzy charges?
Also bought an endurance charge on kill scourged item and didn't get charges from mine kills either.

i do have bleed from exsanguinate and reap, but that's like some 0.01% dot on top of the actual damage, so the bleed almost never gets the kill

the point is, with the exact same wording, i am getting frenzy charge but not endurance

Ohh I see, I did try exsanguinate and mine and the DoTs did give me the frenzy and endurance charges only if the dot killed it with the scourge mod, but it was not too often because the dot only lasts 1 second.
Maybe if you put in corrupting fever + increased duration support for more dots it will proc endurance and frenzy charges more?
