Fps drops lags and stuttering after upgrading gpu and ram

Hey,

im in your game for over 400hrs now spended a lot of money for stashes and supporter packs and had a lot of fun. The fun lasted till i upgraded my graphics card from a 1080ti to a rtx 3080.
I tried fixing it by myself following your guides on the poe website, tried the launch option in steam, tried upgrading drivers etc etc etc.
Everytime a encounter of any form (blight, dellirium etc.) appears the fps drops from 200-40fps. Which is ending me in dying constantly and making the game unplayable for me. Pls help i love this game but in this state im realy frustated and dont want to play it anymore.

My Pc Specs:

intel core i7 8700k
z370 sli plus
32gb ddr4 ram
nvidia geforce 3080
the game is installed on a ssd
I'm playing on the Alienware 34aw 21:9 screen

The new gpu und ram I updated are completely ok I'm managing to play deathloop and back for blood on ultra settings

My graphics setting are all low/off except from the textures which I set to high. Options like dynamic resolution vsync or culling don't make a difference or they make the fps drops even worse.

I already did everything recommended on the poe website for performance improving:

I set up the steam launch function for loading textures and shader in the background

Vulkan makes the problem even worse so I'm playing on dx11 from which I already cleared the shader cache via windows I also cleared the download cache in steam

I cleared the shader cashes, set up audio options in the poe config file/my games, updated graphics, did the Energy options from windows you recommended, disabled the Nvidia control sound thingy, set the windows performance to max performance, set the priority of poe 64exe to high in task manager, set up poe in Nvidia control panel to max performance and switched Programm related auto functions off or on max performance. I don't know what to do pls help me!

Nothing changed! No reply, no help ty for 400 wonderful hours Im quitting poe and move along. I'm sad that you decided to not help players in your forum any longer. Hope we see each other in poe2 with better servers and better performance. Regards!

Sad to see you leave Exile but lets not add to the waste of this world, so can I please get all your currency and high value items in standard ?
