Host Chieftain not in desecrate pool with a host chieftain spectre

I've never had this problem before with any other spectre. I also didn't have this issue until recently. I've had this happen 4 or 5 times and the only way I've fixed it was buying a new desecrate gem. I currently have 2 spectres one carnage chieftain and one host chieftain. You can see in the picture that the host chieftain spectre has the parasite on his back at the bottom left. You can also only see desecrated bonestalkers and carnage chieftains on the floor. If anyone has a temporary fix or anything let me know. I saw the suggestion for not summoning the host chieftains in the ashen field, but to summon them in the southern forest and it didn't help.

Steps
1 Have no spectres
2 Go to Ashen Fields
3 Find Host chieftain and kill it then raise it
4 Go to The Old Fields to find and kill Carnage Chieftain then raise it.
5 Desecrate in hideout to only get desecrated bonestalkers and Carnage Chieftains

Still an issue as of 18/05/2022.

Desecrate spawns Carnage Chieftain and Infested Ape but not the Host Chieftain

I get both Host and Carnage in Ashen Fields and they both show up correctly with Desecrate. Not sure what to suggest but it doesn't seem like a problem with all Hosts.
