Ideal settings for performance? FIXED!

Settings at the lowest.

Playing in Windowed Fullscreen with g-sync enabled.

I think I've changed every option out there using nVidiaProfileInspector. I just can't nail it down. I'll get 130fps in my hideout, great. Get into a map, I get 90, fine. Open a chest, 30fps. Every time. The moment my screen gets a bunch of mobs and I throw down six Freezing Pulse totems, I skip around. After level 90, dying because of this has become annoying.

Is there something I'm missing? There some settings I need to enable/disable that I'm over looking? I've messed with FPS caps, v-sync, rendering, etc. Still no luck.

I've read a few times that this is just the nature of the game and there is no real fix for it? I mean, are there any systems out there that can have the graphics even on medium?

You are most welcome. However to "test" you should try playing in standard.
If you don't have the problem there, then it's properly because GGG broke something in the L code...

Welp, I did all the above along with a place called ghostarrow or something. No difference.

I have the sound.ini file all muted.
Win10 settings all figured.
Power Options all setup.
Still nothing.

Delirium maps are impossible. The moment there are more than twenty mobs on the screen, ms peaks and I can react to anything.

Iunno. Made ~80ex this league. Downed A6 Sirus. I think I'll have to call it here.

PROBLEM SOLVED!


Been fighting this all league! Frame Time kept taking a hit. COuldn't figure out why. I messed with every option out there and nothing was working. I actually walked away and bought Last Epoch instead.

This whole time, I have the little icon in the top right telling me G-Sync is enabled. Well, now and then it flickers a bit. That's when issues come up. I'll go to another monitor, mess with stuff, and sometimes it goes away.

Tonight, it was flickering, I go to another monitor, downsize Brave Browser, right click to pull up nVidia options; flickering goes away. I keep playing. Bring Brave BRowser back up, post a message on a forum, flickering returns. Downsize, bring up nVidia options. Goes away.

Every time the green gsync icon flickered, I finally figured out it went away when I minimized Brave. Boom. THere's the connection.

Dug around for a bit, someone suggested turning off hardware acceleration. Apparently mine was on.


144fps tonight. All night long. Doesn't drop. Solid.
