The Plaguemaw V prophecy

I was wondering how this can be done? I saw that Crystal Ore map is gone, and I cant find a crystal Veins map; am I missing something here?

Crystal Veins is in Act IV. The monsters associated with the prophecy will be scaled up to a decent level though.
