Immortal Call and +1 Minimum Endurance charge

What happens when I have +1 Minimum Endurance charge when Immortal triggers? It says Immortal eats all charges to increase duration but I always have one endurance charge. Does it mean it won't get Removed so I get less duration when Immortal is triggered? Just curious how they interact.
