Simulacrum Splinter‌ disappear when crtl+click to move to stash

I have tab 2 affinity set to delirium, which has 295 Simulacrum Splinter‌. With about 150 new splinters to add, I ctrl+clicked to quickly send them over. Stack one had 24 splinters that disappeared. No other tabs had the splinters.

What happened?

I had a somewhat similiar experience. I have no delirium affinity stash. I had two stacks of about 24 splinters in different tabs. I ctrl+click to take them OUT of the stash. Both stacks just vanished. Nowhere to be found. Also i didnt have nearly enough splinters to combine for a simulacrum.

Anyone else had that experience?
