Made a mistake and bought points to purchase Supporter pack

Hey. I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I realize I made a mistake, but was hoping someone might help me. I bought 600 points thinking I could use them to purchase a supporter pack without thinking, only to realize you just purchase a supporter pack directly.
I did this about 3-4 mins ago and have also emailed the support address as well. I figured I might as well make a post here too bc both were listed for support. I have no idea how to go about the process. I was hoping for a refund so that I could use it to turn around and purchase the intended supporter pack. Any help would be greatly appreciated. " 1. It's not a TECH issue (you admit to error 40 yourself) so you posted in the wrong section. 2. GGG only handles account related stuff liek this via the e-mail you already sent, so you will have to wait until their reply. To confirm, Supporter Packs are standalone purchases that cannot be directly purchased with points. You can upgrade from eligible plain Point Pack purchases using our Buy Packs page though.
