Question about shocking conflux...

Was wondering if anyone knows how shocking conflux works with storm rider Playing Frost blades and using skitterbots so the enemies are already shocked and chilled but was wondering if getting shocking conflux on a helm would allow me to generate power charges with storm rider?

Yes, that should work.

You might also be able to shock for a higher value than skitterbots if you are doing large hits.

Small fast hits, probably skitterbots will have the higher shock value.
