Question about prismatic ring recipe

I've done the prismatic ring recipe quite a few times now, but it's just not working for this batch of rings I have. Are there any restrictions, and does anybody know why I can't get it to work with the following rings? Is there a specific ring that's causing the problem?

recipe should be 5 rings for a new one, btw check on the two first rings that got the same name.
Two rares with the same name are a recipe of their own so maybe the two recipes are conflicting.

Wow you didn't even realize they were the same name? You and your friends must not know what the hell you're doing when it comes to combining prismatic rings at the vendor.

I wish there was a way to pick what you sell an item for. I had a 3-link RGB that also had +1 level for gems. If it wasn't RGB then I would have got some alch shards for it. :(

a chromatic is worth more than an alch shard though :/
