Tornado (new spell) bugged by spell echo support

The tornado ability does not work properly with spell echo support, it should invoke the first tornado and then invoke another one replacing the first one.

The problem is that the ability prevents spell echo support from being used directly, but tornado is not an activation ability, it is not a channeling ability, it is not instantaneous or has a mana reserve, it is not a vaal or totem ability, therefore it should allow to join it with spell echo support.

I know it may seem silly to want to replace one tornado with another or use it with spell echo support because it does not allow the use of two tornadoes, but it has synergies with plume of pursuit, which in the current state does not allow to use.

I don't know if it's a skill tagging bug or it's a bug directly, let's see if you can clarify or fix the bug
soon.

Some orb skills can't be supported by spell echo; I think Tornado is just one of them? Seems like the only orb skills that work with spell echo are hydrosphere and frost bomb.

I once tried to make a plume build with orb of storms since that'd get a lot of crit damage over a long duration but it can't be repeated sadly.

Hydrosphere might work well with the plume though?
Mechanic Misconception:

Are your minions "randomly dying"? Do you have the Fleshcrafter unique equipped?
If you answered "Yes" to both of these, high chance is that your minions have over 50% chaos resistance, converting 100% of their HP into ES, killing them.
to what extent is it an error or an unexplained gap?

Because in theory, beyond being an orb, it absolutely meets all the "echo assistance" requirements and yes, the intention was to use it with poisons, that's why I would discard the orb of storms but that's fine :(
Tornado specifically says "Maximum 1 Tornado" on it, so I'm not sure what you think Spell Echo would do to it. It also has a really weak hit damage so Plume of Pursuit isn't going to be very beneficial regardless. The damage from Tornado comes from the reflected damage it deals that it pulses out based on the damage you deal to it, which wouldn't be affected by any modifiers to Tornado's damage.

hydrosphere also has a maximum, and spell echo support can be applied, so it's not a reason why it can't be used in tornado.

Regarding the plume of pursuit, it applies it exclusively to apply critical poisons, and if you raise the skill many extra levels it has absurd damage because it hits every 0.25s

I insist, the game should allow its use because at no time is there anything that specifies that it cannot be used with identical abilities in which if it allows its use of spell echo and I repeat it again, I do not expect 2 tornadoes to appear, yes Not that the first substitutes the second, having a maximum of 1 tornado should not prevent one from being substituted for another
