razer NAGA. thumb buttons dont work anymore ingame!

good day fellas!
got home from work, went on to level my duelist.. once ingame i noticed my spells dont work anymore! (i always bind stuff to my NAGA thumb buttons.) they used to work fine before (playing poe for a few months now) and all of a sudden they dont do anything no more! i can still bind them in the options menu ingame.. just wont cast spells/attacks :( (YES i checked the 0-9, num switch on my mouse!) anyone else having the same problems? pld. SSFSC4LYFE.

ok buttons dont work again.. relogged my higher level characters to get some micro-transaction decorations.. relog back on my duelist, head to crossroads waypoint and all of a sudden my thumb buttons dont trigger my spells anymore :(

Dumb question time - can you test the buttons in another environment? Intermittent issues of this nature would almost make me suspect hardware failure.

" the mouse is a few months old.. its strange because i CAN bind the buttons in the options screen.. so they work. i can also switch my mouse so it uses the regular numbers instead of the numpad numbers. it then proceeds to use my flasks, so the keys work. the last hour it started to work again and i could do the chamber of sins without any problems.. a minute ago though, i went to town to equip a 1hander i had in stash, waypoint back to the crossroads and now it doesnt work anymore :/ somehow changing zones able/disables my bottom action bar in combination with my thumb buttons on my mouse.. i just portalled to town, and back.. and behold.. they work again! back to leveling :) pld. SSFSC4LYFE.

1. contact the Razor help department
2. check the positioning of the little switch on the bottom of your naga and make sure it is in the position you changed the bindings in. Mine is always on the original position (up toward the front of the mouse) which is where i bound my keys on the online site. 3. make sure the naga app is working correctly...if it fail so does the binding. |

" 1: no need. mouse and buttons are working fine in ANY program. and most of the time in POE aswell.. sometimes just seemed to randomly not work on bottom action bar, while i could still bind the buttons to keys in options ( aka; buttons work) 2: as soon as i buy a naga the switch goes to "num". im the only one using this pc, my girl doesnt game lol. so its ALWAYS on "num". 3: see 1, it is always working :) hmm, happened one or two more times.. switching zones a few times with portal scrolls seems to help :)) SSFSC4LYFE.
