Please make cluster jewels accessible as a core drop or vendor recipe

Cluster jewels are still very hard to acquire without trading - i've been farming foothills for days, enough to fill a couple of stash tabs with clusters. Not a single cluster that I need so far.
In each of the last 4 leagues, cluster jewel acquisition has been a nightmare. I don't think they should be tied to a league mechanic with 8% spawn chance (and also not on the map device). A lot of builds still need clusters to complete their tree and in the past i've gone through the entire league without getting a single cluster that I want. Please make cluster jewels part of the core drop pool (like regular jewels) or a vendor recipe for acquiring specific bases (like the +1 spell recipes). This wouldn't make a smidge of different for trade because cluster jewel bases are already very easy to get there. In my opinion, it would just need to boost Delirium Orbs rewards and definitively scrap the timer in delirium mirrors.
Path of Exile is a Casino for gambling addicts.
Gambling is not fun nor a game mechanic... |

Scrapping the timer alone would be a significant improvement. There's no reason for it to exist beyond punishing players for being too slow.
