Forbidden woods divine vessel not launching

Hello. Looking to upgrade Brine King. According to wiki I would use Forbidden Woods map.. but the vessel isn’t launching. Is this a bug? Is the wiki not accurate? Please help. After three years of hating to play the game (usually just a week or two 8nto leagues then leave) I am finally enjoying the game. What am I missing?

Also, make sure you're using the new wiki (poewiki.net), but even that one is out of date.

If you look at the Pantheon screen, it tells you which bosses to kill. You'll see that "Cannot be frozen" was changed from "Corruptor Eedaiak" to "Litanius, the Black Prayer".

Litanius is in the Relic Chambers map.
