Grave Intentions + Fleshcrafter Necromancer + Chaos Golemn " Bug / Not working? "

So, experimenting on a new summoner build. I decided to use Fleshcrafter Necromancer Silks which converts 2% of minions max life to ES per 1% Chaos resist the minions have. I took the cluster to the right of the witch that gave a total of 53% chaos resists to minions. After this I kept trying to summon my minions but they would instantly die. After a bit of time looking at my gear I worked out that 2% of life is converted to ES per 1% chaos resist on minions meaning that 106% of life was converted to ES leaving the minions no life and so they would instantly die. I tried to remedy this by refunding the notable 'Grave intentions' reducing the the total minion chaos resist from 53% to 26% and so far it appears to be working for all of my current summoned minions (skeles, zombies and spectres) but for some reason my Chaos Golemn is still dying and I can't figure out why. If minion chaos resist is now at 26% then only 52% of minion life is converted to ES meaning the golemn should have more than enough life to continue living but it's not.

One would think that Grave Intentions (and that cluster in general) would be made/ designed specifically for use with Fleshcrafter Necromantic Silks but now the Notable cannot be used because of the negative interaction with minions and the armour and also it inadvertently put the Clusters Mastery out of reach.

Other notable minion gear equipped on current character is 2x Midnight Bargain Engraved Wands, Wraithlord Bone Circlet, Bones of Ullr Silk Slippers and a Presence of Chayula Onyx Amulet.

Most minions have base chaos res 20%, Chaos Golem has 60%
If such is the case, then I feel something should be worked out to cap how much life for minions is converted to ES. No reason I shouldn't be allowed to access the Mastery Via notable Grave Intentions. Seems really counter productive otherwise...

certain unique items may cause conflicts with the passive tree, this is an acceptable design. Just use something else if you want that passive cluster.
