Vulcan Renderer and WHEA Uncorrectable Error

I had received a few WHEA Uncorrectable Errors and had assumed that some piece of my hardware was failing. But I had noticed that I had only received these errors when I had POE running in the background or when playing it. So having left POE running overnight a couple nights and waking to the computer BIOS screen I am fairly confident it is the source of the issue. Switching from the Vulcan renderer to the DX renderer and leaving it overnight left me with a stable over-night test.

System specs:
AMD Ryzen 5950x
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
128GB ram

Windows 10
All drivers up to date

Vulkan renderer problems:
If you are experiencing any new crashes and you're using Vulkan, please try switching to 'Medium' texture quality. If you're still crashing after that, we recommend switching to DX11 in your options.

Before referring to this list, please try updating your drivers first.
Out of date drivers may not support Vulkan correctly and can cause various problems.
Client crash when changirenderer type
Visual artifacts when running low on GPU memory
Problems with Vsync not working properly
Rare case of Mouse Cursor not displaying

how can a RTX 3090 run out of GPU memory? it does not, its the game engine issue, pls acknowledge GGG

I used to be able to play this without a problem. I recently moved houses and when I got here I started having the same issue. I tried everything that I could find on Google, but nothing worked... I got sick of not being able to play this game so I tried one last thing. I installed Windows 11. After crying for a few hours straight I took a shower in bleach and burned all of my clothes. Then I tried to launch POE again, and guess what? It worked... I was NEVER going to install win11, NEVER! But this game forced my hand, and now I can play. I knew it wasn't a hardware issue as I was made to believe by the thousand of generic copy-and-paste answers I saw on google, because I played it before with no issues. If you wanna play try to do what I did. I hope it works out for you too. Let me know if this helped you too. I'd love to see a win10/win11 reinstall be the fix for this problem. Maybe an issue with Windows registry that was solved with a fresh install? Idk, hope this helps any of you who need it still.

DX11 is shit too wouldn't swap it makes no difference.
