Cowards Legacy / Vulnerabilty - Curse Reduction does not remove chance to bleed

I am an Inquistor with Pious Path allocated, which should be giving me 75% curse reduction while on consecrated ground. This along with the Yugul pantheon upgrade of 30% that would put me over 100% curse reduction. I can confirm this with an Elemental Weakness Map, and see that my resistance is not being lowered. However with a cowards legacy equipped, I noticed I was continually being bleed in maps. I believe 100% curse reduction should remove the chance to be bleed.

Steps to reproduce - Be an inquisitor with Pious Path allocated. Have the upgraded Yugul pantheon allocated. Equip Cowards Legacy unique belt. Note that mobs that do not have chance to bleed will be inflicting bleed on you.

Expected Result - Bleed should not be inflicted if you have 100% curse reduction and are cursed with Vulnerability.

More notes. I tried equipping additional curse reduction jewels to see if it was just an issue with Pious Path. I equipped an additional 20% curse reduction, which along with Yugul and default consecrated ground curse reduction would put me at 100%. I was still being inflicted with bleed however.

Did more testing. Have kikazura equipped +60, +20% from jewels, +75 from Pious path, and 30 from Yugul. With would put me at 185% reduced curse reduction, which would put me over the cap including the -80 from vulnerability. I am still being bleed
