Guild Stash Completing Currency Shards

When you have a guild stash with a currency tab and you ctrl click to insert shards that would precisely complete an orb then they do not go in, and you become unable to take that currency out for a while.

In this image I have tried to insert 6 chaos shards which would bring the 14 already in the stash to a full orb:


My attempt to ctrl click it in fails and after attempting I am temporarily not able to withdraw chaos orbs or shards.
