Lost old Email but can still login with steam (how do i changes the email)

for many years ago i made this account with a email i can't remember the password to , but luckily i have my steam account connected to my poe account , but now i wanna changes the email to my new email but i can not do that because i can't remember the old email password i used for my account

and not losing my progress in the game
