Scroll Wheel Lock when using middle-button

My mouse combines the middle button with the scroll-wheel. If I use the skill in the middle-button slot, I often accidentally change my camera scroll position.
Could the devs either
* Provide an interface option to disable the scroll wheel camera zoom, maybe add pgup/pgdown or some other key combo
* Ignore scroll-wheel movement that's just before or just after a middle-mouse click

They already added an option to disable mouse-wheel zooming in the latest patch.

take a look in the Options Panel (O) and under the UI tab there should be an option near the bottom to use Pg Up/Down for zooming, and for disabling mouse wheel zooming
