WinMTR is perfect, my country's realm is freezing the ping to 5k ms when a lot of things happen on the screen and then everything comes back in accelerated time as I show in the video

" that do sound a bit strange.... Is you and your friend using the same ISP / how close to each other are you ? We can see in the video that your game latency suddenly jumps up, but this is not reflected in the WinMTR report. What is your "Networking node" set to ?
