Curses: Frostbite vs Snipers Mark

I'm playing Occultist Winter Orb so 100% cold damage with 2 curses. One of them is Enfeeble so I have space for 1 more curse.

- I have 71% cold penetration from items
- I have -20% resists from the skill tree

Would I be better off using Frostbite for the -44% cold resists, or Snipers Mark for monsters taking more damage from projectiles?

Is there some way to know which is more efficient?

snipers mark being a mark, it can only be on 1 monster at a time.

however, bosses have inherent hex resistance (not mark resist though).

so, if you're looking for another curse to help you clear trash, frostbite. if you want a curse for bossing, snipers.

Ah thanks, didn't know that about only being on one enemy, didn't read the description lol. It's just for bosses so I'll stick with enfeeble and Snipers Mark, thanks

Since you've got resists covered, Punishment is another option to consider (assuming you have the strength for it). It pairs well with Enfeeble and is pretty solid for finishing off packs quickly. The Debilitate on it is also helpful for bossing, as is them taking increased damage when you get them to low life.
